The earlier systems were purely conventional based on PSTN Line and they were prone to wiring damages or stagnant telephone exchanges and therefore most of the times, the banking persons could not know the health of the system and also cannot inform the vendor accordingly. In the GSM/CDMA based panel ,all these hardware are equipped and integrated with the SIM Card and as and when the hardware faces any malfunctioning problem, power supply problem, battery problem or false alarming problem, it sends SMS immediately to three authorised person defined by the bank and the fourth SMS goes directly to the service centre existing in close proximity of the ban branch. This enables the bank person and also the customer to get the information immediately and then can take action accordingly on the same.
