Operation |

On
arrival of visitor, reception officer enters details along
with photograph of the visitor. The receptionmanager then
forwards this data to staff member concern. Upon recieving
acknowledgement from the staff member, the data is forwarded
to security officer. Visitors pass is printed after authorization
by security officer. |
